With over 27 years in the skincare industry, Tommy Tang, founder of Ridgepole, has redefined beauty manufacturing through innovation and sustainability. His journey began with a degree in Fine Chemicals from Chongqing University, later enriched by an EMBA from Sun Yat-sen University.
Starting as a pioneer in cosmetics, Tommy co-developed iconic products like He Shou Wu Shampoo before founding Ridgepole. Under his leadership, Ridgepole has earned 59 technical patents and global certifications like ISO and ECOCERT, becoming a trusted partner for brands worldwide. His groundbreaking work in microbial fermentation and green formulations exemplifies his commitment to science and sustainability.
